根浸提液和腐解液对番茄生长发育的影响

用番茄和茄子根浸提液处理番茄种子,研究根浸提液对番茄幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:5 m g.mL-1根粉浸提液对番茄胚根生长的抑制率分别为32.59%和31.85%;当含量提高至25 m g.mL-1时,番茄胚根生长基本停止。茄子和番茄根腐解液用蒸馏水稀释后处理番茄种子,腐解液稀释50倍时,对番茄胚根生长影响不大,而当浓度较高(茄根腐解液稀释10倍,番茄根腐解液稀释1倍)时对番茄种子胚根生长抑制率达36%以上。在营养液栽培条件下,番茄根浸提液和腐解液对番茄幼苗的生长具有抑制作用。此外,在土中拌入番茄根后栽植番茄苗,番茄根茬对番茄前期生长的抑制相当明显,对番茄鲜重抑制超过50%。

Influence of stubs, water extract and decomposed liquids on the growth of tomato

Influence of stub extract and suspension of decomposed stub on the growth of tomato was been studied.The follows were the results: The water extract of tomato and eggplant might inhibit the growth of tomato embryonic root obviously,and rates of inhibition were respectively 32.59% and 31.85% when 5 mg root power was soaked with(1 mL) water,and when 25 mg root power was soaked the embryonic root nearly stopped growing.The decomposed liquids from eggplant and tomato stubs might inhibited the growth of tomato embryonic root over 36% at high concentration(diluted with distilled water respectively by 10 multiples and 1 multiple).And when decomposed liquids was diluted by 50 multiples,the effect on the growth of tomato embryonic root was not obvious.Water extract and decomposed suspension of tomato stubs might inhibit the growth of tomato seedlings in nutrient solution.Besides,in soil mixed with the tomato stubs,the early stage growth of tomato was inhibited obviously and the fresh weight was inhibited over 50%.
