摘    要:桑树超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性在不同品种、不同叶位和不同器官之间表现较大差异,有成熟叶>嫩叶,韧皮部>木质部,细根>须根以及叶片>新梢>根系的倾向.桑叶中有3~5种SOD同工酶,新梢和根系中存在着5~6种SOD同工酶

Abstract:Studies find that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) shows great differences in various varieties,leaf orders and organs in mulberry with the following tendency:mature leaf>tender leaf,phloem>xylem;rootlet>fibrous root;and individual leaf>shootlet>root system. It is also found that there are 3 5 kinds of SOD isozymes in mulberry leaf,while there are 5 6 kinds in shootlet and root system.
