| 摘 要： | 六六六和滴滴涕作为一种高效的杀虫剂曾经在全球被广泛使用,与20世纪80年代在我国被禁用,但是在环境和食品中仍有残留,其前处理方法和检测方法已引起关注和重视。简述六六六和滴滴涕对动物体的危害,并综述国内外食品中六六六、滴滴涕前处理方法和检测方法的研究进展。

| Abstract: | BHC and DDT were used widely as a potent pesticide in the world, it were prohibited in our country at the late nineteen eighties, but it still remain in the environment and the food , so the detection of BHC and DDT in food samples has caused attention. This paper describes the hazard of BHC and DDT in animals, and the research progress of BHC and DDT pre-treatment method and detection method in food samples. |
