| Abstract: | China set up a large number of storage, diversion, and water diversion project, to promote China’s economic development and the improvement of people’s life, with the most basic resources guarantee. But because of spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of water resources, make limited water resources and social and economic development layout does not suit. Resources and environment issues, water resource has become one of the key problems of people keen to discuss. |
