摘    要:针对404P型拖拉机变速箱齿轮系存在的齿轮总质量大、疲劳强度低、换挡平顺性较差的问题,建立了以变速箱齿轮系总质量最小、疲劳强度最高、换挡平顺性最高为优化目标的齿轮系多目标参数优化数学模型.提出利用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)进行多目标优化求解.基于Matlab优化工具箱编写程序进行齿轮系参数的优化设计...

Abstract:Aiming at problems of large total mass, low fatigue strength and poor shift ride comfort of 404 P tractor gearbox gear train, a multi-objective parameter optimization mathematical model of gear train was established, which took the minimum gear total mass, the highest fatigue strength and the highest shift ride comfort as optimization objectives.A multi-objective optimization method based on NSGA-Ⅱ with elite strategy was proposed.Optimization design of gear train parameters was carried out based on Matlab optimization toolbox.Results showed that difference of optimization rate for gear train mass was 187.30%,difference of optimization rate for gear train fatigue strength was 85.27%,and difference of optimization rate for gear train shift ride comfort was 9.09%.Compared with traditional experience design, transmission performance of 404 P type hilly tractor was further improved.
