高校思政课政治属性的价值内蕴与实现途径

高校思想政治理论课的政治属性是中国特色社会主义大学“培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”“办什么样的大学、怎样办好大学”两个根本性问题的价值内蕴和逻辑必然。思想政治理论课的政治属性体现为工具性与目的性的统一、道德性与政治性的统一、教育性与习得性的统一。思想政治理论课的政治属性，要全面贯彻党的教育方针，落实立德树人根本任务，始终坚持思想性、政治性、理论性开展教育教学，体现该课程对大学生的政治引领、思想吸引和理论感染的效果，实现大学生对思想政治理论课教学的入脑入心，进而形塑固化于学生行为中的政治功能。
