多羟基双萘醛的抑菌活性及对寄主酶活性的影响

摘    要:在培养皿内测定结果表明500倍多羟基双萘醛液对小麦雪霉叶枯病菌、小麦全蚀病菌、梨黑星病菌、番茄早疫病菌、辣椒疫霉病菌、黄瓜炭疽和黄瓜枯萎病菌生长无明显抑制作用,对小麦赤霉、小麦根腐和小麦纹枯菌菌丝生长有一定的促生作用。500倍多羟基双萘醛可以防治黄瓜霜霉病,预防作用明显好于多菌灵。

Abstract:The Petri dish tests revealed that 500-fold Polyhydroxy Dinaphthaldehyde wasn''t capable of inhibiting effectively hypha growths of many pathogen fungi,Gerlachia nivilis(Monographeva nivalis),Gaeumannomyces graminiss,Venturia pirina,Alternaria Solani,Phytophthora capsici,Glomerella lagenaria and Fusarium oxysporium,otherwise,it promoted a few pathogen fumgo to grow weakly,such as Gibberella zeae,Cochliobolus sativus and Rhizoctonia cerealis.This same density of polyhydroxy dinaphthaldehyde also may control strongly cucumber downy mildew disearse caused by Psedudoperonts poracubensis,furthermore cucumber hosts can much rapidly reproduce after they are treated with poly hydroxy dinaphthaldehyde solution,but its protection activities were inferior to carbendazim.
