Bt与无机物添加剂混合对菜青虫杀虫效果的研究

摘    要:供试的5种无机物添加剂对Bt杀虫效果的影响有显著差异,其中,添加K2CO3、MgCl2的增效最显著,添加ZnSO4也有一定的增效作用,但不显著,若添加剂浓度大于1g/L时,则表现出显著的减效作用,而CaCO3和CaSO4对Bt无增效作用。因此,在实际应用添加剂时,要注意最佳浓度的选择。

Abstract:Effects of five kinds of inorganic chemical addtives on Bt killing pest function were significantly different. The addition of K_2CO_3 and MgCl_2 were most effective. The addition of ZnSO_4 had also certain effectivit, but it was not significant. If the concentration of additives was more than 1g/L ,which was lesser effective. The addition of CaSO_4 and CaCO_3 showed no synergism. The concentration of additives also greatly affected Bt function, so the selection of optimum concentration should be considered while practically applying additives.
