| 摘 要： | 通过对安福县坳上林场经营现状和存在的主要问题分析,提出林场必须倡导科学森林经营、推进科技兴林战略,大力培育森林资源、增强林场发展后劲,切实化解债务包袱、确保林场轻装上阵,强化林场内部管理、开辟经济新增长点,着力解放职工思想、加快人才队伍建设5点发展思路,从而实现林场可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of management status and the existing main problems of Aoshagn forest farm in Anfu county,Jiangxi province, five development ideas were put forward, such as the forest farm must advocate scientific forest management, promote strategy science and technology thriving the forestry, make great efforts to cultivate the forest resources,enhance the forest development potential, effectively resolve the debt burden and ensure forest farm go to the battle-front without any burden, strengthen internal management of forest farm and open up new economic growth point, focus on the liberation of workers＇ thought, accelerate the construction of talents team of employees, so as to realize the sustainable development of forest farm. |
