摘 要: | 对休眠期的大叶芳樟鲜叶进行水蒸气蒸馏,并采用气象色谱面积归一法对其精油进行检测,筛选出叶含油量1.3%以上、主成分右旋芳樟醇含量95%以上的大叶芳樟30棵。建议以上以母本进行无性繁殖繁育大叶芳樟苗木,营建原料林,为市场提供优质天然右旋芳樟醇。

Abstract: | The essential oil in leaves of Cinnamomum porrectum can be extracted by steam distillation. 30 C. porrectum trees were selected which oil content of fresh branch reached at 1.3%, and D-linalool content reached up to 95 %. Using the selected superior individual as parent generation to cultivate and manufacture raw material forests, and can provide high quality natural dextrorotary linalool for the market. |
