| Abstract: | The plantlets derived from the mature embryo of soybean were thick and strong,their root differentiation started much earlier and more chlorophylls were found when supplemented with 0.4 mg.L~(-1)paclobutrazole (E.M.T),as compared with the control.When the embryos were cultured on the MS medium supplemented with 0.4 mg.L~(-1) choline chloride(CC),the stem growth of the plantlet was promoted and earlier root differentiation was also found. |
