| 摘 要： | 将麝病变肺脏处理后，非同步接种于Veto细胞上进行麝肺炎和化脓性疾病病毒的分离，并对分离病毒进行了理化学特性的研究。结果表明，病变肺脏接种Vero细胞后出现明显的细胞病变，该病毒的核酸类型为RNA，对氯仿不敏感，具有一定的耐酸性，对1％的胰蛋白酶的作用和热不敏感。

| Abstract: | Pneumonia and suppurative disease virus was isolated from Vero cells and then its physical and chemical properties were analyzed, results show that the virus was a kind of RNA virus and not sensitive to chloroform,0.1 mol/l HCl,1% trypsin and heat. |
