| 摘 要： | 利用开阀压力与阀片变形以及流量之间关系,建立油气弹簧阀系参数解析设计公式,利用该公式可对阀系参数进行解析设计.对阀片弹性模量对阀系设计参数的影响进行了定量分析,建立阀片厚度和节流缝隙的弹性模量影响系数,利用该系数可对阀系参数进行推算设计.通过实例,对阀系参数进行了解析设计与影响系数推算设计,并对两种方法设计值进行了比较,对阀系设计参数进行校核,对设计油气弹簧进行了特性试验.设计和试验结果表明,阀系参数解析设计方法是准确的,影响系数推算设计方法是可靠的,对油气弹簧设计具有重要参考价值.
