菜豆炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum lindemuthianum)生物学特性及室内药剂筛选

摘    要:通过室内试验表明,在供试的9种介质中,菜豆炭疽病菌分生孢子在1%菜豆叶片汁液中萌发最好,而在蒸馏水中没有萌发.病菌生长和孢子萌发的最适温度分别为25℃和23℃.病菌在低于5℃和高于35℃条件下不能生长;孢子在低于10℃和高于35℃条件下不能萌发.在供试的10种药剂和混剂中,福美双及其混剂对病菌的生长抑制效果最好;百菌清及其混剂对孢子萌发的抑制效果最佳.

Abstract:The results of the experiment showed that the spores of Colletotrichum lindemuthianum germinated best in 1% leaf extraet of beau,but no germination was observed in distilled water.The favorable temperature range for mycel1ieal growth and spore germinanon was 20~28℃,and the optimum temperature was 25℃ and 23℃ respectively.Nomycellical growth and spore germination occurred below 5℃ and below 10℃ resnectlvely,and above 35℃ for both.Among 10 fungicldes and their mixtures,the mycellical growth was inhibited best byThiram and its mixtures,and spore germination was inhibited best by Chlortnalonil and itsmixtures.
