Abstract: | The methanol extracts of Micrechites novoguineensis, leaves and stem bark were partitioned (petrol, ethyl acetate, methanol). All obtained fractions showed a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity, while only the leaf ethyl acetate fraction showed activity against moulds. |
