| Abstract: | Quantitative determination of β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin (1), teracrylalkannin (2) and isovalerylalkannin+α-methyl-n-butylalkannin (3+4) in Arnebia densiflora roots and extracts was established by TLC-densitometry. Data obtained by TLC were compared with those obtained by HPLC. Results showed that there were no significant differences in the determined naphthoquinone contents. |
