Abstract:Haldinia cordifolia stem has been evaluated for its antiulcer potential. Enzyme assay-guided fractionation of the chloroform extract yielded 7-hydroxycoumarin as the active constituent which showed interesting H+/K+ ATPase inhibitory activity.
