摘    要:有机磷(OP)和氨基甲酸酯(CM)类农药的过量使用严重威胁着人类的安全和健康,其检测受到复杂操作的限制。本研究利用数字化控制的喷墨打印技术,并基于胆碱酯酶抑制法,构建了OP和CM类农药广谱、快速一步法检测方法。实验结果表明,该检测卡检测快速、灵敏度高、稳定性好、重复性高,适合多种场合实时检测,在POC检测中表现出巨大的应用潜力。

Abstract:The excessive use of organophosphorus (OP) and carbamate (CM) pesticides has seriously threatened human safety and health, and their detection remains limited by complex operations. In this study, a broad-spectrum and rapid one-step screening method for the detection of OP and CM pesticides was established by using digitally-controlled inkjet printing technology and cholinesterase inhibition method.?The experimental results show that the test card has the advantages of fast detection, good sensitivity, good stability, and high repeatability, which is suitable for real-time detection in various occasions, and has great application potential in POC detection.
