改装后林木联合采育机作业稳定性分析

摘    要:该文旨在判断改装后的林木联合采育机能否在作业过程中保持良好的稳定性。在solidworks环境下,对轮式装载机和林木联合采育机的工作装置进行建模,从模型中获得工作装置的质量和重力数据,并基于稳定性评价理论对改装后的林木联合采育机的稳定性进行评价。经过评价计算得出:改造后的林木联合采育机在不加配重的情况下是可以进行稳定工作的。

Abstract:Stability of modified wood harvester operation process was decided.Working-devices of wheel loaders and wood harvester were modeled in solidworks,data of mass and gravity were achieved by model.Stability of modified wood harvester operation was evaluated based on the stability theory.Results showed that modified wood harvester could keep balance without any extra load during the working process.
