| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors had studied ways of improving the education and administration of library, put forward ef- fective solutions of correctly dealing with the readers who violate library rules and regulations by analyzing the illegal behav- ior and its reasons. The final objective is to realize the goal of oriented service to people. |
