甘蓝型油菜耐草酸材料的种子发芽快速鉴定

摘    要:采用2 mmol/L草酸溶液进行甘蓝型油菜种子发芽试验,测定发芽率、幼苗高度等指标,以相对活力指数评价油菜资源对草酸的耐性。结果表明:不同遗传来源的46个甘蓝型油菜种质资源的平均相对发芽率为78.22%,平均相对茎长系数为66.85%,平均相对活力指数53.13%,体现出不同材料耐草酸性的遗传差异。在鉴定的材料中挑选26个草酸耐性不同的甘蓝型油菜种质资源,在苗期进行离体叶菌核病接种鉴定,其病斑直径与耐草酸活力指数呈显著负相关,表明可以用该方法来进行油菜耐菌核病的鉴定和筛选。

Abstract:Oxalic acid solution at 2 mmol/L was used instead of water for the germination of rapeseed(Brassca napus L.) seeds and the relative vigor indexes of the seedlings of 46 varieties was evaluated to access their tolerance to oxalic acid.Great intergenotypic differences were observed,with an average relative seedling survival rate(RSR) of 78.22%,an average relative seedling length(RSL) of 66.85% and an average relative vigor index(RVI) of 53.13%.Twenty-six germplasms wese selected at random and their leaves were inoculated with Sclerotionia sclerotiorum at the seedling stage.Necrosis lesion length and RVI were found to be in a significant negative correlation(P<0.05),suggesting that this method can be used for the identification of and screening for S.sclerotiorum tolerance in rapeseed germplasms.
