| Abstract: | It is an important mission for China to make overall planning of the coordinated development of the urban and rural areas and to change the dichotomous urban-rural structure existing in the country gradually if the scientific outlook on development is to be established and a harmonious socialist society is to be constructed. It is a difficult institutional issue. Only by solving this issue, can overall planning and co--development of both urban and rural areas be realized. |
