过去两年,严重的流感疫情给中国家禽养殖业带来灾难性影响。尤其是2014年初,肉鸡、蛋鸡存栏量出现大幅下降。而流感疫情的后遗症则是养殖户补栏行动不积极。尽管最近几个月鸡蛋价格迅速走高,但养殖户对流感心有余悸,补栏动作缓慢,部分养殖户甚至退出市场,导致家禽市场将在未来相当长的一段时期处于供给偏紧的状态。

Especially at the beginning of 2014, the breeding stock of broilers and laying hens showed a sharp decline and farmers＆#39; enthusiasm to increase the stock would be influenced by flu. Although egg price has been pushed up rapidly in recent months, farmers still was in a state of flu shock, increasing their inventory slowly, and some farmers even pulled out of the market, which would result in poultry market suffering tight supply in a long time in the future.
