| 摘 要： | 随着食品安全问题的频发以及消费者食品安全意识的增强,绿色、无污染的羊肉越来越受到人们的青睐。羊肉消费量逐年增加,但受资源承载能力和生产条件限制,以及政策扶持力度较弱、优良品种缺乏、疫病等因素影响,羊肉生产增速放缓,价格持续走高。预计未来5年,中国羊肉生产有望稳步发展,供不应求局面将逐渐缓解,羊肉价格不会出现大幅波动的趋势。

| Abstract: | As China＆#39;s food safety issues happen frequently and consumers＆#39; awareness about food safety increases, green and non-polluted mutton becomes more popular among people. Mutton consumption increased year by year, but the growth rate of production slowed down and the price kept going up, which was influenced by restricted resources carrying capacity and productive condition, weak policy support, lack of great breeds, various epidemic diseases, etc.. We predicted that China＆#39;s mutton production would increase stably, the situation that demand exceeding supply would ease and mutton price would fluctuate in a certain range in the coming five years. |
