中国牛羊肉消费情况及展望

摘    要:牛羊肉是中国居民消费重要的畜产品。分析了改革开放后中国牛羊肉消费的变化及特点,以及城乡消费差距和与世界其他国家的比较。根据消费需求模型,分析了影响牛羊肉消费的因素。最后根据模型估计结果,预测了未来10年中国牛羊肉消费的潜力。

Abstract:Beef and mutton are important animal meats for resident consumption in China. This paper analyzed the changes and characteristics of beef and mutton consumption after reform and opening up, and the consumption gap between urban and rural areas, as well as China and other countries. According to the consumption demand model, the authors analyzed the influencing factors of China's beef and mutton consumption and predicted their potentials for next decade according to the regression model results.
