摘    要:本文研究了黄瓜的容积指数(Ⅵ)与瓜条容积(Ⅴ)、瓜条鲜重(Wf)和瓜条干重(Wd)的关系。用瓜梗和瓜身的长度l_1和l_2,瓜条上4个部位的直径D_1、D_2、D_3和D_4计算瓜条的容积指数(Ⅵ),Ⅵ=l_1D_1~2+l_2(D_2~2+D_3~2+D_4~2)。Ⅵ与Ⅴ之间表现为高度正相关(r=0.976),达1%显著水平。直线回归方程为Ⅴ=222.87Ⅵ。Ⅵ与Wf和Wd的关系分别为:Wf=307.9Ⅵ-50.54Ⅵ~2-10.76,Wd=4.721Ⅵ+0.327Ⅵ~2+1.476。

Abstract:This paper reptrts the relationship between cucumber fruit volume index (VI) and fruit volume?fresh weight, dry weight. VI is calculated with the formula VI = l,D + 12 (D2 + D2+ D24) (I1= neck length,l2=fruit body length and D1,D2, D3 and D4 stand respectively for diameter at 4 position along the fruit length) .VI has high correlation with volume (r=0.977). Their linear regression equation is V=222. 87VI. polynomal regression analysis of VI and actual fruit fresh and dry weight reveals respectively that Wf=307.93VI-50.54VI2-10.76, Wd = 4.721VI + 0. 327VI2+1.476 (Wf=fruitfresh weight, wd=fruit dry weight).
