| 摘 要： | 目前,《土地管理法》修订工作已经全面展开,农村宅基地使用权流转问题成为各方关注的焦点,随着我国城市化、市场化进程的深入发展,现行的有关限制流转的规定已不能适应新的形势,必须正视这个问题,积极探索行之有效的解决办法。

| Abstract: | At present, the Land Administration Law is emended. The point of alienation of the usufruct of homestead in the country became a focus, along with the emendation. The current regulation for limiting the alienation is not suitable any more due to the development of urban- ization and marketing in China. This issue must be envisaged and it is necessary to research for an effectively resolve. |
