计算机辅助矩形板类零件优化下料工艺设计

针对矩形板类零件的下料工艺,将二维搜索算法、最优化理论与计算机技术相结合,研究了计算机辅助优化下料工艺设计原理,并提出了零件配套和优化下料图生成的计算机处理方法。

COMPUTER AIDED OPTIMAL BLANKING PROCESSPLANNING FOR RECTANGLE PLATE PARTS

To blanking process of the rectangle plate parts, this paper proposes a two dimensional search algorithm, and announces the topology relationship of the between of the various order excess stocks in the allocation course. According to this topology relationship, the all optimal arrangement course can be separated into the multiple ordered optimal sub problems, and the blanking optimum can be realized with the multiphase decision optimal principle in the dynamic programming. This paper put forward the methods of forming a complete set of parts and generating optimal blanking drawing by a computer. Combining the above mentioned theory with the computer technique, the principle for the computer aided optimal blanking process planning is generated. On the basis of this principle, this paper develops a computer aided optimal blanking process planning system.
