摘    要:为在酒葡萄的栽培中选用抗性品种和为病害防治提供依据,以不同抗性的酒葡萄品种SV6059(抗病品种)和品丽珠(感病品种)为试验材料,研究了在葡萄霜霉菌诱导下,叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素含量及含水量的动态变化。结果表明:在葡萄霜霉菌诱导下抗病品种SV6059感病后在短时间内(6d)能使SOD酶活性、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量和含水量基本恢复到正常的状态,其自我调节恢复正常的能力显著大于感病品种品丽珠,其可溶性糖的含量和含水量比感病品种高,而可溶性蛋白质的含量和光合色素的含量比感病品种低。抗病品种SV6059和感病品种品丽珠在诱导后第4天SOD酶活性、可溶性糖含量和叶绿素含量均达到高峰。抗病品种抑制叶绿素含量和含水量下降的能力明显强于感病品种。

Abstract:In order to give a base for selecting resistant cultivar and increase the yield and improve the wine quality,the dynamic change in activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), contents of some chemical compounds and photosynthetic pigments and water content of different grape cultivars were studied after they were infected by Plasmopara viticola. The results showed that capacities of self-regulating and returning to normal status of SV6059, a resistant cultivar, were stronger than those of Cabernet Franc,a susceptible one. In activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), soluble sugar,chlorophyll deterioration and water content,the resistant cultivar maintained higher content of soluble sugar, relatively higher content of water and relatively lower content of protein. The content of SOD,content of soluble sugar and chlorophyll were the highest on the 4th day. The capacities of resistant cultivar in inhibiting chlorophyll deterioration and maintaining higher water content were stronger than those of susceptible cultivar.
