香石竹组织培养丛生芽分化的初步研究

摘    要:对香石竹(Dianthus caryoph yllus)组织培养丛生芽分化的几个影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,以顶芽为外植体,在不同浓度激素的培养基上培养,在培养基MS十6-BA 2mg/L NAA0.2mg/L上培养的丛芽分化率最高,达到87.5%。将顶芽、带腋芽的茎节、不带茎节的茎段分别接种在同一培养基MS十NAA0.1mg/L十6-BA1.0mg/L上培养,顶芽分化的芽数最多。同时,光照12h/d对香石竹丛芽生长有利。

Abstract:Several influence factors were studied on the differentiation of clumpy buds in fragrant pink ( Dianthus caryophyllus ) tissue culture. The results showed that differentiation efficiency of clumpy buds was best with 87.5% on culture medium MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L when terminal buds, being explant, were cultured in different concentrations of hormone. When terminal buds,stems joints with axillary buds and stem sections with no stem joints were inoculated respectively on the same culture medium MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L, number of shoots of differentiation of terminal buds were maximum. At the same time, illumination at 12 h/d was more favorable to clumps of buds.
