苏州特色水生蔬菜的产业化发展现状与对策

摘    要:近年来,随着农业结构的调整,传承和开发具有比较优势和资源优势的水生蔬菜产业,已成为发展苏州特色农业的重要内容。文章通过苏州水生蔬菜产业的生产现状和存在问题的专业调查,在对苏州水生蔬菜的特色以及制约产业发展的因素等进行分析的基础上,提出了产业发展的对策和建议,如明确指导思想,完善产业规则,建设品种资源圃和培育新品种;制定安全卫生的标准化生产技术体系,扩大种植规模,形成区域特点等。

Abstract:In recent years, with the structural adjustment of agriculture, inherit and exploitation of aquatic vegetable industry with comparative advantage and resource advantage has become a significant content for developing Suzhou characteristic agriculture. Through the specialized investigation on status of the aquatic vegetables industry's production and the existence question in Suzhou, the aquatic vegetables' characteristic as well as the restriction about industrial development's factor was analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures and the suggestion of its industrial development were proposed, i.e., making clear of guide thought, perfecting industrial plan, constructing variety and resource repository, breeding new variety, setting up safe and healthy standardized production technology system, enlarging production scale, becoming local character, etc.
