基于移动通信的木材检尺码单信息处理系统

为解决因网络无法延伸到达林区作业现场和无法实时获取木材检尺数据问题,应用GSM手机短信技术构建适合于南方集体林区特点的县级森林采伐运输管理网络系统.着重分析手机短信检尺码单信息处理系统的组成、短信平台的特点与选择、信息编码的格式与计算方法,论述了系统软件设计方法、长短信处理技术、码单数据的短信格式和系统运行模式.系统经福建省将乐县应用,显著提高了森林采伐运输管理水平和工作效率,有广阔的推广前景.

Information system for processing timber scaling checklist based on mobile communication

In order to solve the problem that the data recorded on timber scaling checklist can not be accessed timely because computer network can not be stretched to mountain logging worksite,this paper states how to build a county management system for forestry cut and transportation based on cell-phone SMS technology suitable for southern forestry areas.It analyzes the components of timber scaling checklist information system based on cell-phone SMS,the selection and the property of SMS system,the mode and the method of encoding and calculating the scaling information.It discusses the design method of system software,the processing technology for long SMS,the mode of data recorded on timber scaling checklist, and the type of running system.The system has been used in Forestry Bureau of Jiangle County,Fujian Province for one year,and has been proved to be able to improve the management of forestry cut and transportation and to increase the working efficiency greatly.
