提高气象灾害预警服务能力的对策

加强气象灾害预警工作,建立、健全预警信号发布机制,对政府和公众提前采取防御措施,有效避免和减轻气象灾害造成的影响,具有极其重要的意义。以武汉中心气象台为例,通过对2013年预警信号发布情况、服务效果进行分析,总结出目前气象灾害预警服务中存在的不足,针对如何提高气象灾害预警服务能力,提出相应的对策。

Countermeasures to Improve Meteorological Disaster Warning Service Ability

To strengthen meteorological disaster early warning work, to establish and sound warning signal distribution mechanism, and to take early preventive measures for the government and the public, have important significance for avoiding and mitigating meteorological disasters. Taking Wuhan Central Meteorological Station as an example,through the analysis of warning signal publication and service effect in 2013, the shortcomings of the meteorological disaster warning service were summed up,aiming at how to improve the meteorological disaster warning service ability,the corresponding were put forward.
