黑木耳胞外酶活变化与栽培性状比较的研究

摘    要:研究了黑木耳10个菌株胞外酶活性及与栽培性状和产量的关系,结果表明,胞外漆酶、多酚氧化酶活性的变化趋势大致相似,酶活与栽培产量呈正相关,相关系数为0.823(7号菌株除外),酶活性相对较高的菌株(3、4、8号),栽培中产量相对较高。纤维素酶活性高峰时间出现较漆酶、多酚氧化酶早,且酶活性高峰出现早的菌株菌丝长速较快。蛋白酶活与栽培产量呈一定负相关性,相关系数为-0.700(6号菌株除外),蛋白酶活最低的3号菌株,栽培产量最高;而活性较高的5、9号菌株栽培产量较低。

Abstract:Production of selected extracellular enzymes [laccase,polyphenoloxidase(PPO),carboxymethyl cellulase(CMCase),filter paper cellulase(FPase)and acid protease] by 10 strains of Auricularia auricula was determined during growth in submerged culture.Similar patterns of laccase and PPO production were observed during the 49-day culture period and,apart from strain No.7,a positive relationship(correlation coefficient 0.823)was observed between both these enzyme activities and fruit body yields obtained following cultivation of the different strains on a sawdust-wheat bran substrate.Strains.3,4 and 8,that exhibited relatively higher laccase and PPO activities,produced higher fruit body yields.Peak cellulase activities were recorded earlier compared with laccase and PPO,and the mycelia of strains attaining the earliest peak enzyme levels grew faster.Except in the case of strain No.6,there was a negative correlation(correlation coefficient 0.70)between protease activity and fruit body yields Strains 5 and 9 with the highest protease activities had the lowest yields,while strain 3 with the lowest protease activity produced the highest yield.
