摘    要:采用技术经济评价法对CS02型丝绵机进料传动系统进行优化设计。以二级展开式直齿齿轮减速器取代原有的V带加2台蜗轮箱传动,制造成本节省40%,机体质量减轻1/3,故障率下降,使用维修方便。经校核,新的轮齿齿面接触强度、齿根弯曲强度计算应力均小于许用应力,表明主要参数设计合理。经拉绵作业4 000 h检验,整机运行平稳,使用安全。

Abstract:Based on method of evaluation of technology and economy,the optimizing design for the transmission system of the feeding system of the CS02-model silk floss machine was established.We adopt the 2-grade deceleration straight-tooth gear box instead of the V belt with 2 worm wheel box equipments,which results in the produce cost decreased by 40%,the weight decreased by 1/3,the trouble rate declined,and operation and maintenance easier for the new model one.The intensity of gear cover touching calculate power and the degree of gear root bending are all less than the power which permit used.Test of pulling the floss silk for 4 000 h showed that the operation of this new floss silk machine is safe and smooth.
