磁电机点火装置性能智能测试方法研究

摘    要:介绍了磁电机和点火装置在运行速度范围内多参数的全自动测试方法。在硬件上以单片机为核心,采用变频器调速、光电编码器测速并作为角度基准,与采集到的点火脉冲信号进行比较。文中介绍了测试算法,着重介绍了转速控制、顺序控制的实现方法和点火信号测试软件抗干扰算法。采用该方法,完成一次完整测试的时间为127s,点火次数的测量误差为零,在光电编码器的分辩率为360ppr时,点火提前角误差<±1°

Abstract:The automatic testing method for several parameters of ignition magneto in operation speeds was introduced. The hardware was based on single chip microcomputer. The ignition magneto was drived by AC frequency converter, and the photoelectric encoder was used for rotational speed testing and rotational angle testing, so that acquisited ignition pulse signals can be handled. The testing algorithm was given, and the anti interference algorithm for the ignition signal testing and the method to control rotational speed and testing sequence were mainly elaborated. By using this method, the time for a complete testing was about 127 seconds, the testing error for number of ignition times was totally eliminated, and the error for ignition angle was less than ±1° when the resolution of photoelcetric encoder is 360 ppr. If encoder of higher resolution is used, less error in ignition angle testing will be obtained.
