基点式教学法在高校体操专业课程教学中的实践研究*

依据图式理论、身体认知论、系统论与动作技能的迁移,采用文献资料、教学实验等研究方法,建构一种新型教学法——基点式教学法，经过体操专业课程的实验验证，此方法能够缩短教学时间，提高教学工效，提升教学质量，系统培养学习者的身体认知能力，同时为高校其他运动项目教学的改革提供思路，为中小学体操教学内容指明方向。

Practice Research of Basis Points-style Teaching in Colleges' Gymnastics Course

According to the schema theory, the body cognitive theory, system theory and motor skills migration, we use the methods of literature review, and teaching experiments to construct a new teaching method---Basis Point-style teaching. After a gymnastics specialized courses experimental verification, this method can shorten the teaching time, improve teaching efficiency and improve the teaching quality, systematically develop learners'' cognitive ability. At the same time, as other colleges and universities sports teaching reform train of thought, it indicates the direction for the primary and secondary school gymnastics teaching content.
