| 摘 要： | 以寿县安丰镇为例,从当前农村土地利用现状入手,构建土地集约利用评价指标体系,通过多因素综合评价模型,计算出各村土地利用集约度分值,并对影响农村土地利用集约度的驱动力进行了分析,探求农村土地集约利用的途径与措施,从而引导新农村建设走出一条集约、高效、统筹发展的新路子。

| Abstract: | Taking Anfeng Town of Shouxian County as an example,from the current situation of rural land use,the evaluation system of land intensive use was built.Through building a multi-factors comprehensive evaluation model,calculated the score of land use intensity of each village,analyzed the driving force which affected the degree of land use intensity,explored the ways and measures of rural land intensive use,thereby,guided new rural construction to take a new ways of intensive,efficient and co-ordinate development. |
