超声波萃取-气相色谱法测定水产品中多氯联苯残留

目的]寻找测定水产品中多氯联苯残留的方法。方法]采用超声波萃取-气相色谱法测定了水产品中多氯联苯残留。结果]结果表明,所用方法的线性关系较好,回收率在89%～109%,检测限在0.44～0.68 ng/g。以此分析了南通市市场上带鱼和文蛤体内多氯联苯残留,检出率低于50%。结论]此方法可用于检验市售水产品中多氯联苯残留。

Determination of Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Aquatic Products Using Gas Chromatography Combined with Ultrasonic Extraction

Objective] To find a method to determine the residue of polychlorinated biphenyls in aquatic products.Method] The residue of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in aquatic products was determined by ultrasonic extraction-GC.Result] The method had good linearity with the recovery rate among 89%-109% and the detection limit among 0.44-0.68 ng/g.The method was used to analyze the residue of polychlorinated biphenyls in two kinds of market sold fish and the detection limit was below 50%.Conclusion] The method could be adopted to detecting the residue of polychlorinated biphenyls in market sold aquatic products.
