贵阳花溪河流域藻类植物调查及多样性评价

摘    要:目的]研究贵阳市花溪河流域水环境的现状以及藻类植物多样性组成。方法]以3次常规监测数据为基础,应用多样性指数H、丰富度指数d和均匀度指数J,于2010年9月~2011年3月间对花溪河流域5个监测段面的藻类多样性和花溪河流域的水质现状进行了跟踪观测。结果]共鉴定出浮游藻类282种,附着藻类286种,均以硅藻种类最多,其次是蓝藻和绿藻,甲藻和隐藻种类最少。各监测段面的H、d和J平均值分别为3.71~4.13、6.37~11.03、0.85~0.90,水体无污染;藻类植物平均细胞密度最大值出现在2011年3月花溪大坝段面的土壤上,达到了14.974×106cells/L;流域TN、TP含量超标,COD变化明显,pH值变化不明显,水体偏碱性。结论]花溪河流域的生物多样性较好,群落结构较复杂,水质属于清洁型。

Investigation and Diversity Assessment on Algal Plant in Huaxi River Basin in Guiyang City

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to reearch the present situation of water environment and the algae plant diversity in Huaxi River Basin in Guiyang City.Method] Based on the data of 3 routing monitoring,the algae plant diversity and the water situation of 5 monitoring sites on Huaxi River Basin were observed from September 2010 to March 2011 by using the diversity index H,richness index d and evenness index J.Result] 282 species of phytoplankton algae and 286 species of adherent algae were identified in total,in which,the types of diatoms were most,followed by blue algae and green algae and the types of dinoflagellate and cryptomonas were least.The mean values of H,d and J in each monitoring sites were 3.71-4.13,6.37-11.03 and 0.85-0.90.The water situation had no pollution.The highest value of the mean cell densities and the biomass both appeared on the soil of Huaxi dam in March 2011 could reach 14.974×106 cells/L.The TN,TP concn.in the Basin exceeded the standard and the COD index changed significantly,while the pH index had no obvious change and the water performed weak alkaline.Conclusion] Huaxi River Basin had better biodiversity and more complex community structure.Its water quality belonged to clean type.
