抗流感病毒特异性转移因子对试验小鼠的抗流感效果

摘    要:[目的]探讨免疫增强剂抗流感特异性转移因子(STF)对试验性小鼠发热的预防效果。[方法]用蛋白胨致热法建立发热病理模型;以毛色及活泼度评价小鼠体征的变化;以体温(直肠温度)、免疫学指标(胸腺指数及脾指数)、血清学指标为依据。[结果]与对照组相比较,预防组体温稳定(P<0.01),毛色光泽,活泼度高,胸、脾指数明显高于对照组(P<0.01),血清检测中测出有抗流感抗体的产生。[结论]抗流感特异性转移因子对试验性发热小鼠有预防作用。

Effects of Anti-influenza Specific Transfer Factor for Experimental Mice

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to investigate the anti-influenza immune enhancer specific transfer factor(STF) on the prevention of fever in mice.[Method] The pathological model of heat was established by peptone;the change in mice was evaluated by coat color and lively signs;based on body temperature(rectal temperature),immunological parameters(thymus index and spleen index),serum markers.[Result] Compared with the control group,the body temperature of prevention group was stable(P<0.01),glossy coat and highly positive.Besides,chest index,spleen index was significantly higher in sera of the detection of influenza antibodies(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Anti-influenza specific transfer factor in experimental mice has a preventive role in fever.
