宜兴百合组培快繁技术的研究

摘    要:目的]采用组织培养的方法对宜兴百合(Lilium lancifoium Thumb)进行扩大繁殖研究。方法]以宜兴百合鳞茎为外植体,在其不同的组织培养阶段采用不同的激素配比,观察培养效果,以建立宜兴百合的组培快繁体系。结果]宜兴百合鳞茎不定芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,继代培养的最佳培养基为MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,生根培养的最佳培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA。结论]为提高宜兴百合的繁殖系数和加快其产业化生产提供技术支撑。

Study on Tissue Culture Technology of Lilium lancifolium Thunb

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to use tissue culture method for the increased reproduction of Lilium lancifoium Thumb.Method] Using bulbs of Lilium lancifoium Thumb as explants,observing the culture effect in its different tissue culture stages with different hormone combinations,to build Lilium lancifoium Thumb tissue culture system.Result] The best adventitious bud induction medium of Lilium lancifoium Thumb bulbs was MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,the best subculture medium was MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,the best root induction medium was 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA.Conclusion] It provided technical support for improving the propagation coefficient of Lilium lancifoium Thumb and speeding up its industrial production.
