| 摘 要： | 介绍了乡镇企业对农村剩余劳动力吸纳的现状,并剖析了乡镇企业对农村剩余劳动力吸收不足的原因,最后提出政府及企业自身应采取积极的措施对乡镇企业进行改革和优化,以不断提升企业对农村剩余劳动力的吸纳能力。

| Abstract: | The status of Absorption of township enterprises for rural surplus labor was introduced,and causes for insufficient Absorption were analyzed,finally,it was put forward that the government and enterprises should take active measures for reform and optimization in order to gradually improve the Absorption ability for rural surplus labor. |
