风能资源开发对云南迁徙鸟类的影响及对策

通过对云南省风能资源和鸟类资源及鸟类迁徏状况分析,发现风能可利用资源在时空分布上与鸟类迁徙通道、迁徙季节存在着相互重叠的情况,由此可能导致风能开发过程中出现迁徙鸟类与风电设备发生直接碰撞、阻碍候鸟迁飞以及湿地鸟类栖息地破坏等严重后果。因此,云南风能开发应当注意避开鸟类迁徙通道及栖息地,采取有效措施,减少对迁徙鸟类的影响。

The Effect of the Wind Energy Resources Development on Migratory Birds of Yunnan and the Countermeasures

Through analyzing wind energy resources and birds resources as well as migration status of birds of Yunnan Province,we found that the wind energy available resources in Yunnan was overlapping with the bird migratory channels and seasons on the spatial and temporal distribution level,which may lead to serious consequences in the process of the wind power development in Yunnan,such as direct impacts between migratory birds and wind power equipments,the hindrance to birds migration and the destruction of the habitats of wetland birds.Therefore,during the developing of the wind power,the migratory channels and habitats of Yunnan birds should be kept away from the developing,and the effective measures should be taken to reduce the influence on migratory birds in Yunnan.
