摘    要:目的]综述microRNA(miRNA)表达检测技术的研究进展,为miRNA表达研究及阐明其调控功能奠定基础。方法]通过概述miRNA表达水平检测技术的原理、特点及进展,说明如何简便有效地检测其表达。结果]miRNA是一类重要的非编码小RNA分子,调控一系列重要生命过程,其表达研究是研究其调控功能的重要途径,用于检测miRNA表达的方法主要有Northern blot、原位杂交(In Situ Hybridization,ISH)、表达谱芯片、RT-PCR以及克隆测序。结论]该研究为简便有效地检测miRNA表达提供了方法,为阐明其对动植物重要生命过程的调控机理奠定了基础。

Advances in the Detection Technique of microRNA Expression Level

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to summarize the research progress of microRNA(miRNA)expression detection technique,to lay the foundation for miRNA expression study and it’s functional control.Methods] Through summarizing the principles,characteristics and progress of miRNA expression level detection technique,to explain how to detect it’s expression simply and effectively.Result] miRNA is an important class of small non-protein coding RNA,regulate and control a series of important life processes,it’s expression study is the important approach for the study of it’s control function,the detection method for miRNA expression are Northern blot,In Situ Hybridization,ISH,Expression Profile Chip,RT-PCR and cloning and sequencing.Conclusion] The study provides methods for detecting miRNA expression simply and effectively,and lay the foundation for expounding it’s control mechanism for important life processes of animals and plants.
