废弃茯苓栽培场人工调节栽培研究

摘    要:[目的]寻求解决茯苓连作障碍的技术方法。[方法]采用调节土壤pH和添加厩肥的方法来栽培茯苓,对比废弃茯苓栽培场与新开茯苓栽培场之间、废弃茯苓栽培场中各处理之间栽培茯苓的差异。[结果]废弃茯苓栽培场调节pH和调节pH+添加厩肥的方法所产茯苓的质量均未达到新场栽培效果,平均结实率分别比新场栽培低31.7和20.0个百分点;与废弃茯苓栽培场空白相比,调节pH和调节pH+添加厩肥的方法所产茯苓的质量略好,产量分别是后者的3.4和4.4倍,平均结实率分别高41.6和53.3个百分点。[结论]调节pH和调节pH+添加厩肥的方法能够提高茯苓的质量和产量,且后者效果要优于前者,但效果有限。解决茯苓连作障碍问题必须探寻其他的技术方法。

Study on Artificial Regulation Cultivation in Scrap Tuckahoe Cultivation Field

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to seek for the method for solving the continuous cropping obstacle.[Method] The cultivation experiment was carried out on planting Tuckahoe by means of adjusting the pH value in the soil as well as adding the animal manure,and the comparative test was conducted on the difference between the scrap Tuckahoe cultivation field and the new one and among the various treatments in the scrap Tuckahoe cultivation field.[Result] As for the treatments of only adjusting the pH value and both adjusting the pH value and adding animal manure,the quality of Tuckahoe in the scrap Tuckahoe cultivation field couldn’t reach the cultivation effect in the new one,their average seed-setting rate of the Tuckahoe were 31.7% and 20.0% lower than that in the new one.Compared with blank group,the quality of the Tuckahoe planted in the scrap Tuckahoe cultivation field by above 2 treatments was better,their outputs were 3.4 and 4.1 times higher resp.,and the average seed-setting rates were 41.6% and 53.3% higher.[Conclusion] The methods of only adjusting the pH value and both adjusting the pH value and adding animal manure could all improve the quality and increase yield of the Tuckahoe,and the effect of latter was better than the former,but the effect was limited.The other solutions to continuous cropping obstacle of Tuckahoe should be researched.
