城市化背景下农业人口流动对农村发展的影响——以珠三角地区为中心

介绍了珠三角地区农业人口流动的现状,及由此给农村发展带来的新情况和新问题。在城市化背景下,农业人口流动不仅推动了流入地农村城镇化进程,促进了土地流转形式多样化,提高了土地利用率及农业生产集约化程度,加快了人口流动速度;同时也衍生出一些新问题,如户籍管理、计划生育管理与乡村稳定治理、土地再次流转的利益分配、农业补贴归属、流动人口社会融合、区域内两极分化严重等问题。

Influence of Rural Population Movement on Rural Development under the Background of Urbanization

The status quo of rural population movement in Pearl River Delta and the new problems it brought to rural development were introduced.Under the urbanization background,rural population mobility not only promoted rural urbanization,diversified land rotation,improved land utilization and intensification of rural production,quickened population moving speed,also resulted into some problems,such as,household management and rural stabilization treatment,profit distribution of land rotation,agricultural subsidy,mobile population and regional polarization.
