巨紫荆优良新品系组织培养快速繁殖技术

摘    要:[目的]研究高效繁殖巨紫荆的途径。[方法]采用组织培养对巨紫荆进行快速繁殖。[结果]茎尖繁殖以MS+ZT 2.0 mg/L培养的组培苗中褐化率和玻璃苗发生率为0,增殖倍数为3.56倍,效果最好;健壮的继代苗可显著提高苗木的生根率和移栽成活率;0.5mg/L TA生根效果最好,0.5 mg/L IAA+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L TA能有效诱导根的形成,移栽成活率达96.6%;S-1优树组培苗的生理状态优于实生苗。[结论]巨紫荆组织培养是一条快速有效的繁殖途径。

Tissue Cuture Rapid Propagation Technology of New Superior Cercis gigantea Lines

Abstract:[Objective] The way of Cercis gigantea efficient propagation was studied.[Method] Tissue cuture was used to rapid propagate superior Cercis gigantea lines in this experiment.[Result] The optimum medium for meristem propagation was MS + ZT 2.0 mg /L,the incidence rate of glass and browning seedlings were also zero and the Multiplication multiplies were 3.56 times.Robust seedlings in the following generation could increase significantly the rate of rooting and the transplanting survival rate.The optimum rooting power was 0.5 mg/L TA,and the medium 0.5 mg/L IAA +0.5 mg /L NAA +0.5 mg /L TA could induce effectively the formation of root.The transplanting survival rate reached 96.6%.The physiological state of seedlings from tissue culture was superior to seedlings from seeds of S-1 superior lines.[Conclusion] It can clearly be seen that tissue cuture of Cercis gigantea was a fast and effective propagation method.
