| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the types and effectiveness conditions of rural land circulation contracts,points out that the legal effectiveness of rural land circulation contract was influenced by qualifications of collective organization members and government permission,based on all above,the definition of the legal effectiveness of rural land circulation was studied. |
