农业企业化经营路径研究——农业企业化创新研究之三

农业产业化经营存在主体错位、政府行为越位和服务缺位等现象。文章重新明确了农户、农业企业和农业企业化等相关概念,并从企业化经营农户、准农业企业、农业企业、产品农业企业化、区域农业企业化等方面,对农业企业化经营路径进行了研究。认为:农户是农业企业化经营的主体,扶持农业企业是企业化经营的手段而不是目的;应优先发展农业大户、联合农户等内生性农业企业;"企业 农户"的产业化经营形式有待进一步完善,"企业 企业 企业"是企业化经营的最高形式;产品农业企业化即为农业产业化,区域农业企业化是企业化区别于产业化的重要标志。

Research on innovation of agricultural enterprization Ⅲ: A study on management path of agricultural enterprization

There are some problems such as dislocation of the main bodies,the excesses of government behaviors and the absences of government services existing in current management of agricultural industrialization.In this paper,the concepts of peasant,enterprise of agriculture and agricultural enterprization were clearly defined again and the research on management path of agricultural enterprization were carried out from the aspects of managing peasants of enterprization,quasi-enterprise of agriculture,agricultural enterprization of products,agricultural enterprization of region.The results indicated that the peasant household would be the main body of agricultural enterprization management.At the same time,supporting the development of agricultural enterprization management is a means to management of enterprization but not an aim.The endogenous agricultural enterprises,for example,big families of agriculture and the joint peasants should have priority to develop."Enterprises farming households",a management style of industrialization,still needs to be further improved.The highest level of management style of enterprization is "enterprises enterprises enterprises".Agricultural enterprization of products,namely agricultural industrialization,and agricultural enterprization of region is a significant symbol which makes a distinction between enterprization and industrialization.
